Remote technical support for your church’s audio and video.
9am-7pm Mon-Fri, 10am-4pm Sat.
You’re employed to pastor people, not technology!
Particularly in the UK, churches often rely heavily on IT or AV-savvy volunteers (if they have any at all!), with limited time around their full-time jobs, to support the technology that they have. This can sometimes cause long down times with equipment, leaving church leaders, staff and church services not able to function properly whilst waiting for a fix. That’s why we offer a bespoke audio-video technical support service for churches, with which you can access remote, online help from experienced AV professionals for technical problems you run into when you need a quick resolution and minimal disruption.
Included with our support service is access to the Digichurch customer helpdesk portal where you can directly submit and mange your support tickets and access the Digichurch knowledgebase for solutions to common technical problems. Just want to message, call or email us for support? No problem, you can do just that too.
See our pricing and packages below to see where your church might fit. These packages are designed to be appropriate for most church and AV sizes out-of-the-box, but we can be flexible with other arrangements too – get in touch to start a conversation.
